• Device & usage data — browser type, app version, and general usage patterns via Vercel Analytics (anonymous)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Saturday Couples Golf Club sign-up system:

• Managing weekly event signups, roster placement, and waitlists
• Sending event notifications via email and/or SMS
• Displaying your name on the sign-up sheet visible to other members
• Check-in verification on event day
• Communicating club announcements from the Director of Golf

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted service providers to operate this app:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS notifications (if you have opted in)

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as you remain a member of Saturday Couples Golf Club. Event participation history is retained for club record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — update your name, email, or phone number via your account profile
• Deletion — request that your account and personal data be deleted
• Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any SMS, or disable SMS notifications in your account settings
• Opt out of email notifications — update notification preferences in your account settings

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level security on our database. We do not store payment information.

Children's Privacy

This service is intended for adult golf club members only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
