1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on saturdaycouples.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all members and users of the Saturday Couples Golf Club sign-up system.

2. About the Service

Saturday Couples Golf Club operates a web-based event management system for weekly golf events at Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club. The service allows members to:

• Sign up for and cancel from weekly golf events
• View the current roster and their position
• Receive event notifications via email and SMS
• Check in on event day

3. Eligibility

This service is available exclusively to members of the Saturday Couples Golf Club at Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club. Accounts are created by club administrators or by invitation. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• Ensuring your contact information (email, phone) is accurate and up to date
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying an administrator if you believe your account has been compromised

5. Event Sign-Ups & Cancellations

By signing up for a weekly event, you are committing to participate. Please be considerate of other members:

• Cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend so other members on the waitlist can play
• If you cancel and re-sign up, you will be placed at the end of the roster queue
• Members assigned as Coordinator or Closest to the Pin (CTP) cannot cancel their own reservation — contact an administrator for changes

6. Notifications

By using this service, you consent to receive transactional notifications related to your event participation (signup confirmations, roster updates, event reminders). You may manage your notification preferences in your account settings. SMS notifications require explicit opt-in. See our SMS Terms for details.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to use this service respectfully and in good faith. The following are prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Signing up on behalf of another member without their knowledge
• Attempting to manipulate the roster system
• Any use of the service that interferes with other members' experience

Violations may result in account suspension at the discretion of club administrators.

8. Disclaimers

This service is provided "as is" for the convenience of club members. Saturday Couples Golf Club and Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for missed signups due to technical issues — if you cannot access the app, please contact an administrator directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
